Nothing But You, Nicky premieres a new single and music video November 24. It’s called “On My Own.” The song, composed by Emine Sari, produced by Cihat Atlig and engineered by Joel Evenden, features the distinctive voice of Japanese-American singer Nicky, nee Kiyomi Ishii. “On My Own” is the follow-up single to Nothing But You’s debut album, Meant To Be, which soared to Number 1 on iTunes’ Easy Listening charts.
Japanese – American singer Nicky is releasing her newest single on Phoenix Records! Her much anticipated single entitled, “ON MY OWN,” will be available via all digital channels from November 24, 2017.
Inspired by artists such as Ella Fitzgerald and Whitney Houston, Nicky also draws influences from contemporary artists such as Beyoncé. The single is being praised by some of the biggest names in the recording business! That list includes Multi-award winning composer Emine Sari, who collaborated with Nicky on this single.
